She graduated from the old Columbia High School in 1959. For twenty years she was a homemaker and stay at home mother to her four children. In 1980 she went to work for Attorney William Rast as a secretary. Later she retired and managed many rental properties for nearly 30 years with her husband. She was an active member of Ebenezer Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Ann is survived by her daughter Ann-Marie (Ben) Holland West Columbia, SC and her sons Steve (Beverly) Ringer Leesville, SC and Hiram (Kendal) Ringer Leesville, SC. Two stepchildren Craig Stanton West Columbia, SC and Barbara (Jesse) Nix Columbia, SC. Ten wonderful grandchildren Erich and Max Ringer, Steven, Paul (Jessica), Sawyer, and Tanner Ringer, Ashlyn (Jacob) Oren, Trip (Brittney) Holland, Madison Ringer and Connor (McKella)Ringer. She was truly blessed beyond measure to also have seven beautiful great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly.
She is also survived by her four sisters Helen Tarbox Lexington, SC, Margaret (Fred) Bramble Baltimore, MD, Martha Burnett West Columbia, SC, and Glorious (John) German Chester, MD and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, Jack and Loma Riddle, her husband Levoid Stanton, her son Gerald Ringer, Jr. and stepdaughter Elizabeth Griffin.

A visitation for Ann will be held Tuesday, June 3, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home - West Columbia Chapel, 820 W. Dunbar Rd, W. Columbia, South Carolina 29170. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Ebenezer Pentecostal Holiness Church, 501 Church Street, West Columbia, SC 29172.
Ann will be laid to rest in Southland Memorial Gardens, 700 W. Dunbar Rd, W. Columbia, SC 29170.
