Cayce – Autumn Lynn Wilkins, infant daughter of Courtney Spires and Derrick Wilkins passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel with interment to follow in Southland Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2 hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
Autumn is survived by her mother and father; grandmothers, Sherrie Wilkins and Michelle Rice; aunt, April Treadwell; brother, Kayden Spires and a host of other relatives.
