GASTON – Funeral services for Billy W. Sanford, 67, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel with burial following in Southland Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, April 7, 2014 at the funeral home.
Billy was born on May 29, 1946 in Orangeburg, SC and passed away on Friday, April 4, 2014. He was the son of the late Harold W. Sanford and Molly Davis Garrick. Billy was an avid deer hunter and fisherman.
Billy is survived by two sisters, Carolyn Brigman of Newberry, SC and Connie Price (Sam) of Gaston, SC; brother, Vincent Sanford (Wendy) of Gaston, SC; step mother, Evelyn C. Sanford of West Columbia, SC and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Rhonda Sanford.
