Jerry worked numerous construction jobs from an early age and retired from SCDOT.
He is survived by his sister, Dell Paxton (John); brother, James Crapps, Jr. (Ann); friend, Betty; and several other friends, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service will be held for Jerry at 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery, 310 Gator Road, Gaston, SC 29053. The family will receive friends after the service.
