Lois loved her job as a Real Estate Broker and was the owner of Goforth Realty. She was a member of Chapel of Redemption. She loved cats, music, birds, and flowers. Lois loved her son and family very much.
She is survived by her son, Ryan Goforth of Charleston, SC; sisters, Patsy Hyatt Taylor of Savannah, GA, Betty Hyatt Worden of Chester, VA, and Nancy Hyatt Freeman (Donald L.) of West Columbia. Lois was predeceased by her parents; brothers, Robert Bruce Hyatt, Jerry Hyatt, Billy Ray Hyatt and sister, Virginia H. Martin.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 17, 2021 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel, 820 West Dunbar Road, West Columbia, SC 29170 with visitation one hour before the service. Burial will follow at Southland Memorial Gardens, 700 West Dunbar Road, West Columbia, SC 29170.
