COLUMBIA – Mark Wayne Richards, 49, passed away on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 to be with the Lord and his Mother and Father, Shirley D. Richards and Alpod A. Williams, Sr.
Surviving are his step father and step mother, Charles Richards and Patricia Lilly; brothers, Alpod A. Williams, Jr. and Steven Richards; sisters, Toni Graham and Cindy Martin; five nephews and three nieces; several great-grandnephews and nieces; also a very special person in his life, Terri Lee; two step brothers, Curtis and Bryan Lilly and three step sisters, Teresa Posey, Mary Fox and Sandra Nearly; several step nieces and nephews; plus step great-grand nephews and nieces.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 24, 2012 in Southland Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 23, 2012 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel. Memorials may be made to the Fort Jackson Masonic Lodge 374 or to the Charity of One’s Choice.
