She was predeceased by her husband, James L. Cook; son, George Lee; daughter, Janie L. Ramsey; and sister, Imogene Miller Hiatt.
Surviving are her children; daughter-in-law, Shirley Lee; sons, William Crummie (Laurel), Wendell Sharpe (Trish), and Marty L. Sharpe; son-in-law, Robert Walker; stepson, Anthony Cook; grandchildren: Shari Lee Shumpert Lucas, (Lorry), Sheila Lee Hutto, Jason Lee, Tosha Crummie Mantooth, Stephanie Crummie, Ashley Sharpe Newman, Timmy Sharpe, Jonathan Sharpe, Tia Ramsey, and Dakota Cook; great grandchildren: Melanie Miller (Chris) Mark Hutto (Ashley) Avril Mantooth ,Genna Mantooth, Ayden Lee, James Wesley Shumpert III, Alexis Drake, Madison Drake, Hunter Sharpe, Lilly Sharpe, Sarah Sharpe, and twins, Ripley and Warren Little; and great-great grandchildren: Landon Miller, Alana Miller, and Dawson Miller.

Visitation will be on Sunday, October 25, 2026 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home – West Columbia Chapel, 820 West Dunbar Road, West Columbia, SC 29170. A graveside service will take place on Monday, October 26, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Southland Memorial Gardens, 700 West Dunbar Road, West Columbia, SC 29170.
