Mr. Phillips enjoyed playing golf, fishing and camping. He was a member of Charwood Golf Club.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Phillips of West Columbia; son, Todd Phillips (Ksenia) of Savannah, GA; daughter, Amy Toler (Russ) of Savannah, GA; stepson, Jonathan Kilgoar (Kim); grandchildren: Hill, Daniil, Evie, Evan and Aaron; brother, Terry Phillips of Georgia and sister, Carolyn Lawson of Georgia. He was predeceased by two brothers, Lee and Wade Phillips.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, June 7, 2021 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service at the funeral home.
