Born in Columbia, SC to the late Elmer and Evelyn (Dickert) Taylor. Patricia attended Columbia High School, and soon after began her life as a homemaker, devoted to her husband, and raising her two daughters. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her virtues of kindness, compassion, and faith, helped build a strong family foundation. She loved family gatherings, holidays, and always extended true Southern hospitality to all that visited her home. She was loved dearly, and will be missed beyond words.
She is survived by her daughters, Donna Kersey (Tim), Dianne Clark (Jimmy); grandchildren, Jason Smith (Kristina), Jimmy Lee Clark, Chase Clark, Kristen Ward (Zach); great grandchildren, Leo Ward, Annabelle Ward, Jack Collins Ward, and multiple well loved cats.
Patricia was predeceased by her loving husband of 64 years, KL Collins; her parents, and brother, Jerry Taylor.
A memorial service for Patricia will be held Friday, May 9, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home - West Columbia Chapel, 820 W. Dunbar Rd, W. Columbia, South Carolina 29170.
