LEXINGTON – Funeral services for Ruth R. Maddox, 93, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel, with interment to follow in Southland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Maddox was born February 14, 1923 in Lexington County, SC, and passed away on Monday, June 13, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Lee Reese and Novianne Wood Reese.
Mrs. Maddox is survived by her sons, Jack Maddox (Lavonne), Jyll Maddox (Linda), Joe Maddox, Marty Maddox, Jeffrey Maddox (Alice), eleven grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Marvin Maddox.
