LEXINGTON- Funeral services for Vivian "Permelle" Crout Trimnal, 90, of Lexington will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel with interment in Southland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service in the chapel. Memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
Vivian “Permelle” was born January 30, 1926 in Lexington and passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Maxie R. Crout and Nezzie S. Price Crout. Mrs. Trimnal was a member of the Red Bank Baptist Church. She retired from Richland and Granby Mills. She is the last surviving member of her family, one of eleven children.
Surviving are her sons, Joseph Allen (Crystal) Trimnal of Lexington, Roy James (Lillie) Smith of Lexington and Robert LaVerne (Fannie) Trimnal of Bishopville; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husbands, Roy C. Smith and Lewis N. Trimnal; son, Frank Trimnal; granddaughter, Sheila Smith; seven brothers and three sisters.
