Wayne D. Richbourg, 52, of Summerville, SC passed away on August 7, 2021. He was born in Anderson, SC on September 20, 1968. His parents are father, the late Barney “Dean” Richbourg and mother, Phyllis Davis Lazarin.
Wayne struggled with seizures and other health issues his entire life, but he lived a full life because of the people who loved and took care of him. Wayne loved to watch wrestling and the Braves baseball games.
He is survived by his mother, Phyllis Lazarin; brother, John Richbourg (Lori); sister, Millie Lazarin; many uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of the Richbourg and Davis families.
He is predeceased by his father, Dean Richbourg; paternal grandparents, Herman and Tina Richbourg; maternal grandparents, Bill Davis and Francis Sullivan.
A special thank you to his uncle and aunt, Doug and Leona Richbourg; uncle, Keith Richbourg; and aunt and uncle, Regina and Curtis Martin for being there whenever needed. Also thanks to the family, friends, and churches that prayed for Wayne.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Southland Memorial Gardens, 700 West Dunbar Road, West Columbia, SC 29170 with visitation one hour before the service. The service will be available via livestream through the link on the Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel at www.caughmansouthland.com.
