Antonia Padilla Padilla DeLeon

Antonia P. DeLeon of Waco passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at Providence Healthcare Network. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 17, at Connally/Compton Funeral Directors Chapel with Pastor Carbajal officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Rosary will be recited by Deacon Wehrer at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Antonia was born on May 22, 1928 in Rosebud, Texas to Graciano and Antonia Padilla. She was a loving mother, sister and grandmother. She retired from the V.A. Hospital after 19 years of service.

Antonia was preceded in death by her husband Eulalio DeLeon Sr.; son, Freddie; daughter, Brenda; and grandson, Timothy.

Antonia is survived by her sister, Delia P. Carrion; brother, Isabel Padilla; daughters, Lupe and husband, Constancio, Mary, Janie and husband, Steve, Virginia and husband, Johnny, Penny, and Felicia and husband, Johnny; sons, Leo Jr., Carlos and wife, Margie, Tony, Andrew and wife, Rose; 24 grandchildren; 57 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Andrew Jr., Anthony, Chris, Marcos, Michael, Steve, Leo and Reggie. Honorary Pallbearers will be Augustine and Eulogia.
