Friede and Don were very good friends and neighbors with the Mueck family since 1967 in Hewitt . There are so many cherished times sharing cooking skills, canning, camping at the deer lease, working out at Figure World, including summers with grandsons playing together. Friede cooked wonderful German dishes and loved her pies! Mom misses you and all the talks they shared throughout the years. Peaceful rest with our Lord. I know Don and Albert greeted you as you crossed over. Love you always. Nancy and Keith Green

Oh, what memories we have with you and Don. My family moved across the street at the wide open Hewitt in 1967. You were there to welcome us. A great friendship developed through the years with my parents. I will also remember the camping you all did together at the deer lease. So much fun loving time with your pies at the campfire. Mom loved you so much and enjoyed the years going to Figure World everyday. You will always be close to my heart. Give Don and Daddy a hug in heaven for me. God's blessings among us sharing you.

I'm going to miss that smile and those hugs. She is smiling and giving those hugs away to her loved ones. She was one of a kind and I know she was welcomed with open arms. She will be missed. Bless the family in the coming days....see you on the other side...

Elfriede was a wonderful friend. She was my visiting teacher for many years and baked me many loaves of German Christmas bread. She taught me how to cook German foods. Always patient and kind with a huge hug! I miss her, but know we shall meet again on the other side. My love and prayers go out to her family. Carol Selander

Elfreida was one of the sweetest women I've ever known. She reminded of my grandmother frieda. Always gave a hug when you saw her at church. Always had a smile larger than life. Skye was my shotze. I enjoyed practicing my German when I saw her. She will be missed, but she is home with her husband.
