Mass of Christian Catholic Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at St. Francis Catholic Church with Father Eduardo Jazo, TOR as celebrant. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.

Ayala (Freddy) was born May 30, 1952 in Waco, TX. Freddy had several jobs and his last known was at a Nursing Home. If you knew Freddy, he knew no strangers, he would ask about your whole life story. Loved all his family and friends so much; was kind, generous and compassionate with everyone. Matt Schoeplein one of his best friends who was like a brother really had patience and love for Freddy who stood by and visited him until his last day. Freddy is a Big Dallas Cowboy Fan and I’m sure he’ll be watching from heaven. He would stop everything to go watch his Cowboys, loved his football games. Freddy was preceded in death by his parents John and Natividad Ayala, grandparents Refugió and Refugia Ayala, Gregorio and Santos Monrial, sisters Betty Ann, Mamie A. Pecina, Janie A. Saldivar, nephew Anthony “Yoda” A. Saldivar, Brother-In-Law Jose Angel Hernandez. Survivors: Son Matthew Parker, granddaughters Mara,Trinity, Savanna, and Naomi. Sisters Pearl A. Hernandez, Mildred A. Montalvo and husband Luis Sr. Montalvo., brothers Tom Ayala and wife Lulu, Rudy Ayala all of Waco, TX. Matt Schoeplein, brother from another mother. Uncle Lupe and Aunt Dolores, of Houston; Uncle Larry and Aunt Sarah of Taylor, TX. Numerous nephews, nieces, great grand nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
