I am so sorry to hear of Jo's passing. We had such a good time searching for those Blackburn ancestors. We never could prove that native American ancestor though. She will certainly be missed. My condolences to the family.

Mrs. Graf is the precious mother of one of my best and most cherished friends, Debbie and her husband David Riley. Me, Debbie and our other bestie, Ruth Ellen have taken several adventures and have stopped into see Mrs. Graf. What special memories of sitting around her kitchen table laughing and talking girl talk and listening to words of wisdom from Mrs. Graf. I remember Debbie telling me how her and her Mom would be up at 2AM sitting around the table. Mrs. Graf also helped me find lost members of my family with her genealogy skills. She was a master at genealogy! I was so excited to share my information with her when I found them! Thank you Debbie for sharing your Mom with us! I know your heart is hurting and my heart hurts as well. But, I know that Jesus was waiting for her at the heavenly gates with His arms open wide! I know that Mrs. Graf is receiving every promise that Jesus said He would give to us! I love you my sweet friend. Your Mom was a blessing!

My "good friend Jodi", the name Mom always referred to her as when she spoke of her. She was in fact a good friend to my Mom.
My heart felt condolences.
May God comfort her family and friends as only He can.
We know we will see her again.

My wonderful Aunt Jo, yes i have memories - wonderful memories so many i cant put into one statement. Her singing with her guitar "ode to billy joe" , her playing my piano by "ear" when i had to struggle with lessons. Her wonderful laugh. Her great sense of humor.

A strong Texas woman to say the least, so much to brag on I am not blessed with the gifts of eloquent words to share my complete thoughts.
But my heart is filled with love for my Aunt Jo, "fly high", give kisses to Grandma and Grandpa, and Uncle Lester (of course)

Love to all my dear sweet cousins and family - We Love you, and have you held in our hearts and prayers.

Hope to add a couple more photos, this is one i had avail
