Alisa, I remember you and your mom traveling to different destinations and her watching you run in your marathons, cheering you on. Didn't she also run a 5k? What an adventure you two had! Now she is with you as a heavenly angel, smiling from above as she looks at her wonderful children and their families. Blessings and prayers for all through this difficult time.

I have shared this with family members previously but I thought I would share it again to emphasize my Aunt Gwen's carring and loving side.

When I was a teenager like all teens I wanted to get my driver's license. We didn't have a car so I asked Aunt Gwen if she could help me. She agreed to drive me to the DMV. I was so nervous and she took the time to comfort me and reassure me that everything would be ok. In a soft spoken voice she told me that I could do it.

I passed my test and got my license but the foundest memory that I have getting my license was my Aunt Gwen offering me comfort and support.

I miss you already Aunt Gwen. I love you and I can't wait to see you again in Heaven.
