Funeral Services will be held at 1:00p.m., Tuesday, March 8, at Connally Compton Funeral Directors. Burial will follow in Rosemound Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7:00p.m., Monday, March 7, at the funeral home.
Joyce was born October 4, 1944 to Renzo and Zelma Witt in Waco, Texas. She married Jesse Thompson and together they reared six kids.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Jessie.
Survivors include her three sons, Donald, Darryl, and Melvin; three daughters, Sheila, Linda and Brenda; 19 grandkids and 18 great grandkids.
She will forever be in our hearts and will never be forgotten.
