Juanita Prince Dunn, 90, formerly of Waco, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, January 29, 2011 in Richardson. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 31, 2011 at Waco Memorial Park with Shawn Dunn officiating.
Juanita was born June 8, 1920 in McLennan County, Texas to Alvin Hill Prince and Myrtle Jacob Prince Mitchell. Juanita “Meme” was one of the most loving and caring examples for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Richardson, an active Bridge and Euchre player, and a golfer.
Juanita was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, J.L. Dunn; sisters, Peggy Goodwin, Bobbie May, and Delora Hoel; and great grandchildren, Kallie Hughes and Kody Hughes.
Those left behind to cherish Juanita’s memory are her children, Susan Dunn Ritter and husband, Bob, of Plano, and Jimmy Dunn and wife, Sammye, of Mansfield; four grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
