Marie Price Andrews Finch

Marie Price Finch, 92 of Waco, passed away Oct. 23, 2012 at Providence Hospital. She was surrounded by her loving family. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26 at Connally Compton Funeral Directors Chapel. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. A visitation will be Oct. 25, 2012 at Connally Compton Funeral Directors from 6 to 8:00 p.m.

Marie was born May 29, 1920 in Groesbeck, Texas to Jesse and Verna Andrews. She married James Edgar Price in 1940.

The joys of her life were her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She loved sewing and crocheting and was a firm believer that the Lord provides to all that trust in Him.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three sons, Cois Claxton “Bud” Price, Paul Finch and John Finch, a granddaughter, Sheila Finch; five brothers and eight sisters.

Marie is survived by two daughters, Paula Finch and Sheila and husband Jimmy Petitt; three sons, James and wife Evelyn Price, Eston and wife Bonnie Price and Rodney Price, one daughter-in-law, Doris Price. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren; three sisters, Ruby Lee Baker, Mozelle McDonald, and Janie Jackson; several nieces and nephews.
