Nancy Gertrude Kittlitz Stone

Funeral service will be held on December 19, at Connally/Compton Funeral home, Waco Tx.. Ceremonies will be presided over by Pastor Terry Graham. The family will receive friends from 10:00am to 12:00pm, before the service at 1:00pm. Graveside service will be at Waco Memorial cemetery following service.

Nancy Gertrude Kittlitz graduated from Waco High School in 1955. Nancy married her High School sweetheart, Royce M. Stone, after he returned from the service in 1957. They have been wed Sixty years. Nancy worked at Central Freight Lines for 37 years, much of that time as personal secretary to Woody Callan. Nancy retired in 1997 from Central Freight during a transition period. Nancys favorite hobbies were playing with her grand babies, sewing and baking. She wore out 4 Sewing machines over the years. Nancy was also a member of First Baptist Church of Woodway.

Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, Rudolph Kittlitz and Lena Langraf Kittlitz. Survived by her husband, Royce M. Stone, Daughters, Cheryl Stone Calley and Dana Stone Hobbs. Grandchildren, Clifford Calley, Chelsea Calley, and Zachry Hobbs, and seven great grandchildren.
