Thelma Mae Osenbaugh Tucker

Thelma Mae Tucker, age 99, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2016 in Waco. Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 19, at Waco Memorial Park in Waco. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, July 18, at Connally Compton Funeral Directors.

Thelma was born May 16, 1917 to Roy and Charlotte (Williams) Osenbaugh in Bridgeport, Illinois. She married Kenneth Tucker, Sr. in 1937 in Bridgeport, Illinois who preceded her in death. Thelma was a longtime resident of Robinson. She worked as a department manager for Gibson’s for 20 years in the Waco area.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Charlotte Osenbaugh; daughter, Mary Lou Alligood; brothers, Richard Osenbaugh and Roy Osenbaugh; sister, Mildred Foss.

Survivors include her son, Kenneth Tucker, Jr. of Robinson; grandchildren: Robin Alligood Vorderkunz and husband, Mike of Robinson, Randall Alligood of Harlingen, Brooks Tucker of Robinson and Lyndee Tucker-Galler and husband, Ryan of Robinson; great-grandchildren: Kristin Vorderkunz of Houston, Michael Vorderkunz of Corpus Christi, Maggie Tucker of Robinson, Mason Galler of Robinson, Reed Galler of Robinson; son-in-law, Ken Alligood and wife, Louise; daughter-in-law, Donna Tucker; caregiver, Cindy Ramsey.
