Trilton Rudolph Horton

Mr. Trilton Rudolph Horton, 80, passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022 in Weatherford, Texas. Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 17, 2022 at Wortham Bend Cemetery with Reverend Steve Adams officiating. Family will receive friends from 3 p.m. -5:00 p.m. Sunday, January 16, 2022 at Connally/Compton Funeral Director.

Trilton was born November 30, 1941 to William Harvey and Artence (Bailey) Horton in China Spring, Texas. He resided in Weatherford, Texas, but called Monahans, Texas as his home. He graduated from China Spring High School. Trilton worked as a mechanic in the oil field in West, Texas. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, tinkering on his truck, and doing wood work. Most of all, spending time with his family and all of his grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, brothers, Walter William Horton and Donald Wayne Horton, sister, Tencie Marie Whitlock.

Survivors includes his sons, Troy Wayne Horton, Harvey Joe Horton and Richard Allen Horton; daughter, Brandie Horton; sisters, Jean Tice, Carolyn Biedigier and Roxie Jackson, brothers, Ray Horton and Ricky Wetch; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews
