

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, July 11, at Oakwood Cemetery with Father Red Blevins officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m., Sunday, July 9, at Connally Compton Funeral Directors.
Vincent James Foster, Sr. was born in Hammonton, New Jersey to Patricia and Nolan Foster. He was known by his close friends and family as Vince. Vince started school at Palmcroft Elementary from there he went to Woodard Junior High and graduated from Kofa High School all in Yuma, AZ. Throughout his life he worked in automotive sales and as a machinist.
Vince was a huge Elvis Presley fan and shared that love with his wife, Deena even having an Elvis wedding. He loved his Italian heritage and enjoyed many of the classic movies like the Sopranos, Goodfellas, Godfather and Rocky. Sports were his world, during high school he had several high scoring games where he was even highlighted in the Yuma newspaper. You could always find him watching ESPN, NASCAR, The L.A. Rams, The New Jersey Devils and several other teams. Vince was always cheering on his Cowboys and making fun of Tony Romo in the same breath. He also loved to listen to 50’s music, riding his Harley Davidson and cooking BBQ.
He is preceded in death his mother, Patricia Ann Martinez.
Survivors include his wife, Deena Foster of Waco; children, Vincent Foster, Jr., Jayme Allen and husband Josh and Crystal Foster all of Waco, step-children, Dean Gatlin and Jade Gatlin of Waco; father, Arthur “Tony” Martinez; and sister, Trish Butler and husband Frank of Waco. He is also survived by five grandchildren all of Waco and nieces, Stacey Billings and Alisha Butler and nephews, Frank Zachary Butler and Kevin Neil.
