Born on January 17, 1950, in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, he was the son of Amando and Pastora Tabalba. Albert worked at the Hyatt Regency in Lahaina.
He is survived by his loving wife, Myrna Tabalba; daughter, Charlene Tabalba; and brothers, Bob, Dado, and Ernie Tabalba. He was preceded by his sister, Crisanta Pascua.
Funeral services will be held at Norman’s Mortuary on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Public viewing will be from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., followed by church services from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
