

Alexandria Agnes Kalaiohalona Hussey “Alex”, 67, left this earth on Thursday, May 25th, 2023 surrounded by love of family and friends at Maui Hospice Hale in Wailuku, Maui. She was born on March 26, 1956 in Lahaina, Hawaii to Arnold K. Hussey and Abbie Agnes Api Kimokeo Hussey (predeceased). Alex had multiple jobs throughout her life, from the opening team of Lahaina McDonald's in the 70s, Safeway Lahaina Bakery 90s-2000s. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her only daughter; Adriana A. H. Hussey (Poimana Melekiola Jr.), grandson; Damian Hussey-Melekiola, granddaughter; Pollyanna Melekiola. Her siblings; Beverly “Marie” (Dale✝) Kimokeo-Goes of Oregon, Edward ✝ (Amy) Hussey, Nancy Hussey Fauhiva, Imihana ✝ (Diosa) Hussey, Marvin Sr., Damian ✝, and Anica Hussey of Maui. Numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, and extended family. And her companion; Wayne Reinhardt.Memorial Services will be held at Norman’s Mortuary in Wailuku on Friday, July 28, 2023. Visitation from 9:00 A.M.-10:30 A.M. with prayer over ashes from 10:30 A.M. – 11:30 A.M. Burial will be at a later date.
