Cecil “Paul” Elkins, 82, of Makawao, Maui, passed away on June 7, 2015, at his home under the care of Hospice Maui. He was born on July 6, 1932, in Big Creek, West Virginia. Paul was the retired owner of Bullock’s Restaurant in Pukalani. He was predeceased by his wife of 50 years, Hazel Elkins. He is survived by his nephew, Joseph M. (Rose) Elkins.Private family services will be held.
