Danilo D Sagudang

DANILO D. SAGUDANG, 55, passed away on August 8, 2023, in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii. He was born on September 3, 1967 in Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii. He was the oldest of three children born to Dalmacio and Conchita Sagudang. Danilo is survived by his sisters, Edna Sagudang and Evelyn (Chris) Suzuki. He is also survived by his step-niece, Carolyn Suzuki, numerous cousins, aunties, uncles, and extended ohana. He is predeceased by his parents, grandparents Antonio and Balsini Sagudang, Domagiay Paned and Caaduagan Agaid.

Danilo was raised in Lahaina and attended Lahainaluna High School and the University of Hawaii at Hilo. He worked at various jobs in the Hotel Industry, most recently at Hyatt Regency Maui, Ritz Carlton Maui, and Sheraton Maui. He loved music, sports, and traveling. Danilo was a kind and thoughtful person as well as a great friend to many. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Funeral Service will be held at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Wailuku on Saturday, October 7, 2023. Private family visitation at 9:00 a.m. Public visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Mass to follow at 11:00-12 noon. Lunch will be provided from 12 noon to 1:30 pm. Burial to follow at 2:00 pm at Maui Memorial Park.
