Dolores was born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines to her parents Jose & Florencia Paguirigan.
She is predeceased by her parents Jose & Florencia Paguirigan, Husband Romualdo Garcia, siblings Gregorio & Marcelo Paguirigan.
Dolores is survived by her children Juanito (Kathy) Garcia, Lucy (Bernardo Jr.) Santiago & Cora (Larry) Brown, Brother Conrado (Zeneida) Paguirigan, Sister Rosalina Pumaras & Myrna (Eddie) Macugay, 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and many Pasalo & Paguirigan family.
Memorial services will be held on Friday January 2, 2026 at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church 5:30pm viewing 7pm Prayers. Saturday January 3, 2026 8:30am Viewing, 10:30am Service, Burial to follow at Valley Isle Memorial Park at 12:30pm.
