Edmund “Ed” Gazmen, 81, passed away on August 18, 2026, on Maui. He was born on March 8, 1945, at Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines, son of the late Sergio Guzman, Sr. and the late Carmen & Salustiano Gazmen.
Edmund was a retired entrepreneur, servant of God, and an active evangelist and pastor.
He loved reading, music, sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ, traveling to the Philippines for missionary work, and spending time with family and close friends.
He is survived by his wife, Arlene Elizares-Gazmen; children: Cheyenne (Richard) Gazmen-Stook, Isaac (Vicky) Gazmen, Andrew (Cheyenne) Gazmen, Jessica (Joseph) Gazmen-Zepeda; Grandchildren: Skyler Stook, Ryan Simpliciano, Isabel Gazmen, Isaiah Gazmen, Ileana Gazmen, Campos Gazmen, Amelia Jean Gazmen, Kairose Zepeda; brothers: Romulus (Erlinda) Guzman, Glenn (Cleora) Gazmen; sister: Josie (Mike) Dabir; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins residing in the Philippines and the U.S.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Norman’s Mortuary with Visitation at 9:00 a.m., Service at 10:00 a.m.
