Elisea Luczon Vega passed away peacefully at home on December 26, 2025. She was born in the Philippines on June 14, 1933. She was predeceased by her parents Eriberto and Bernardina Luczon, her husband Jose Concepcion Vega, son Joel Epifanio, and brothers Nostriano and Macedonio Luczon.
She is survived by her son Victorio Joselie and grandson Joel.
