Epel Keper, 68, of Kahului, Maui, passed away on December 30, 2011, at his home. He was born on February 1, 1943 in Chuuk, FS of Micronesia. Epel is survived by his wife, Altia Isikar Keper; son, Akio (Susan) Keper; daughter, Lovina (Tucker), Mayleen (Istor), Maybeline (Nase), Gina Keper; sisters, Lilina Aten, Pilat Raed, Iuthis Ruben; and 3 grandchildren.
Visitation: Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2012, at Borthwick Norman's Mortuary.
