Frances Laverne Kalikolehua Hudson

Frances Laverne Kalikolehua Hudson, 71, of Wailuku, Maui, passed away on August 18, 2015, at her home under the care of Hospice Maui. She was born on December 12, 1943 in Kona, Hawaii.Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at Ballard Family Mortuary; service will begin at 7:30 pm. Visitation will also be held from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday, September 4, 2015 at Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Kahului; service will begin at 10:30 am; followed by a 1:00 pm burial at Valley Isle Memorial Park Cemetery in Haiku.Frances is predeceased by her sons; David T. Hudson, Jr., Michael S. Hudson, Shannon J. Hudson.She is survived by her husband, David Tavita Hudson, Sr.; daughters, Ivy (Tommy) Makaena, Shane (Orio) Soriano; sisters, Jeanette “Girlie” Apiki of Nanakuli, Oahu, Barbara Momi Palmer of Waikaloa, Hawaii; daughter in law, Lilia Hudson; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
