

Franklin was known for his kindness, determination, and caring spirit. He was creative, meticulous, and an innovative person. He graduated from St. Anthony High School. He served a few years in the U.S. Air Force and worked primarily as a sheet metal journeyman at HC&S. He worked hard to ensure his family had everything they needed. After retiring, Franklin worked on his many projects at home and traveled to Washington State to visit his grandkids. A lifelong passion for aircrafts, he created many unique planes and helicopters. He enjoyed working in the yard, sitting on his swing, building planes, and practicing his drawings.
He is survived by his loving wife, Esther Corpuz Aguinaldo of 55 years, his children Yvette (Rick) Hasenpflug, Raymanette (Rodney) Yanos, and his cherished grandsons Rylan and Rayden. He is also survived by his sisters Linda (Mike) Albete, Pasita Pladera, Juanita Duldulao, Lydia Yamaguchi, and Estrella Agpalo. Preceded in death by his parents, Raymondo and Vivian Aguinaldo, his brothers Benito Aguinaldo and Miguel Aguinaldo, his sister Gloria Curammeng, sister-in-law Martina Aguinaldo,and his brothers-in-law William Curammeng, Sr., Flaviano Duldulao, William Yamaguchi, and Andres Agpalo.
Funeral Services will be held at Christ the King Church on Friday, October 17, 2025. Public visitation will start at 9:00am and mass at 11:00am. Burial will be at Valley Isle Memorial Park Cemetery in Haiku at 2:00pm.
