George Brown passed away at home on August 26, 2025.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday November 22, 2025 at Eddie Tam Community Center in Makawao starting at 11:00 am.
George was born in Puunene Hospital on July 18, 1938.
He graduated from Maui High School. He worked at Haleakala Observatory for Textron and Boeing for 35 years.
He enjoyed fishing and making and repairing fishing nets.
George is survived by his wife Rose Brown, son George Brown, daughter Lisa Ukida ( Derek). Hanai son Ikaika Kaia (Rikki). Grand Children Bailey and Cailyn Ukida, Lokela and Kahawaiola Kaia. Sisters Katie Cahill and Susan Brown.
Predeceased by his parents George and Mary Brown. Brother Gerald Brown and sister Annette Pascua.
