Joven worked for NAPA Auto Parts as a delivery driver. After retirement, he enjoyed working part-time at the Consolidated Theatres and Macy’s at Queen Kaahumanu Center and spending time with friends and family.
He is survived by his companion, Diane Yamanoha, and family members, Suzette (Steve) Joaquin, Wesley (Renette) Yamanoha, Jason, Devin, Justin (Marylou), Breeann (Bryce), Noah, and Nova. He also leaves behind his three pets, Pebbles, Mahina, and Oreo.
Services will be held on Friday, August 16, 2024, at Norman’s Mortuary in Wailuku. Visitation will begin at 5:30 p.m., and prayer services will follow at 6:30 p.m.
The family would like to express gratitude for all the support and care from Maui Memorial Medical Center, Hale Makua Health Services Kahului, and Hospice Maui.
