Judy was a fantastic homemaker and especially loved her time in the kitchen. She was well-known for her delicious cream puffs and other pastries. Family and friends would often have Judy's various pies on order for special events and holidays. Not only was Judy an excellent baker, she helped to run her husband's farrier business for about 50 years. Judy would make appointments over the phone, pack lunches, process payments, and even go along for the ride many times. In her later years, Judy loved to go holo-holo all over the island with her family and enjoyed eating out for lunches and dinners. Judy was a kind, selfless and generous woman and was recognized as extraordinary by the many lives that she has touched.
Judith is predeceased by her parents, Joseph Perreira Jr. and Emily Clement Perreira.
She is survived by her husband, Henry Silva, in which they enjoyed 59 years of marriage. She is also survived by her children Gerard Silva and Jody (Mark) Joaquin, granddaughter Torie Joaquin, great-grandson Kholten Bacongco, sisters Marlene Texeira and Elizabeth Seely, and brother Gary Perreira.
