Family and friends are invited to gather on Sunday, June 23, 2013 at Norman’s Borthwick Mortuary, with visitation from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm; service at 3:00 pm. Cremation to follow.
He is survived by his father, Lazaro O Silva, Jr., mother, Marietta Madamba Pobre Silva; sisters, Janice and Joan Silva and niece Nathalia Silva.
