Kapono Wainalu Rashaan Lindsey

Pono was born on December 29th, 1995 to James F. Lindsey aka Kimo and Leimaile Marciel at Maui Memorial in Wailuku, Maui.

He is survived by his 1 child, LeiAloha Kemfort born on September 7th, 2016. He is survived by his girlfriend; Lycettiana "Pomai" Kahaialii. Pono is also survived by his siblings; Jessie Ahuna Eskaran, Jamie Ahuna Perry, Makana Hussey ( Colin Fraser), Kolea K. Lindsey, Kaaiohelo M. Lindsey, Kawailoa M. Lindsey, Lokelani K. Lindsey (Kamuo'okalani P. Kanaha), Leiawapuhi A. Lindsey, Kekuhi T-J. Lindsey. His Grandma; Rose Agnes Huapala Kailia'au. His Uncles; Kahekili Marciel, John K. Marciel ( Monique). And his 6 Nephew & 3 Nieces.

He attended King Kamehameha 3 Elementary, Lahaina Intermediate School, and graduated with Honors from LahainaLuna High School. He received honor roll, treasurers of Hawaiian club, culinary cte award, and culinary certificate. Pono’s hobbies included Chess club, DECA, Young Life, Hawaiian club, HOSA, Agriculture Club, Culinary arts, tutor, basketball, and Cooking.He is remembered by many friends & extended ohana.

Pono is predeceased by his siblings; Kailila'au J. Lindsey and Nawai'okekai Lindsey. Papa William Marciel & Papa James F. Lindsey. And his grandma; Claire Homes.

1 Day Funeral Service to take place on Saturday, February 17th, 2024 from 9 am-1Pm at Norman’s Mortuary at 105 Waiale Road, Wailuku, Maui. Service at 11am. The Family has requested dress code be aloha wear.
