Lito Baquisa Maurillo, 82, passed away on September 15, 2026, in Wailuku, Maui, under the care of Hospice Maui. He was born on May 26, 1944, in La Paz, Leyte, Philippines to the late Paulino & Bebiana Maurillo.
Lito worked as a Postal Service Office Courier at Tacloban City, Leyte, Philippines and retired after 30 years.
He loved to fix cars, play ping-pong, sing karaoke especially singing to Frank Sinatra’s music.
He is survived by his children: Marvin Maurillo, Myla (Matthew) Onellion, Maribel (Paul) Barton, grandchildren: Myljon (May Ann) Maurillo, Kent (Stephanie) Diaz, Mardy (Sherlyn) Martinez, Jason Lanorias, Greathel (Poly) Cantanero, Kaitlyn Barton, Annamae Ames, great grandchildren: Emmanuel John, Jacob Ethan, Kenzo, Kaizen, Sophia Grace, Gabriel, Pol Francis, Hanzel Prince Larry, Greachel, and David James Ezra.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, at St. Joseph Church in Makawao, Visitation will be at 9:30 a.m., Mass at 11:00 a.m., Burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
