Luke is survived by mother and step father Marie and Stanley Souza. Three brothers Mark and Glenn Carvalho, Stanley Souza. Twin sisters Mariley and Everley Souza. Sons Jasson and Jake Carvalho, daughter Kirah Lei Carvalho. Many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at St. Joseph Church in Makawao on June 13, 2023. Mass starts at 10am. Followed by his burial at Valley Isle memorial park in Haiku at 12pm.
