Mariano E. Baybado, 90, of Lahiana, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. Mr. Baybado was born on October 15, 1921 in Badoc, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He was a retired truck operator for the Pioneer Mill Company. Mr. Baybado is survived by his wife, Rose Baybado; his children, Eugene (Matilda) Baybado, Alan (Corinne) Baybado; Bernadette (Alex) Pacheco, Ronald Baybado, Warren (Virgie) Baybado, Janet Fuentes, Marlene Burgart, Shalinda (John) Kaalakea, Seon (Nicole) Baybado, Shawna Mae (John) Shannon, Michael (Cathy Natividad) Baybado; a brother in law, Anthony Ragil; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He is preceded in death by his two sisters, Margaret Fernandez Ragil and Angelina Baybado Casco.
Visitation: Family and friends are invited to gather for funeral services on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at Borthwick Norman's Mortuary. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m.Services: Service at 10 a.m.Interment: Burial will follow 12:30 p.m. at Maui Memorial Park in Wailuku.
