Marie was the daughter of Alyre and Georgiane LeBlanc. Throughout a long and meaningful life, she carried herself with quiet steadiness and care for others, offering her time and attention in ways that left a lasting mark on those around her.
A registered nurse for 60 years, Marie devoted her working life to the dignity and well-being of her patients. She served at West Hills Hospital in California and at Maui Memorial Hospital in Maui, bringing her profession a consistent sense of responsibility and compassion, and an enduring respect for the people entrusted to her care.
Marie was preceded in death by her husbands, Jerry M. LeBlanc and Robert Giedeman. She is survived by her son, Jerry A. LeBlanc; her daughter, Monique L. LeBlanc of Kihei, Maui; and her son, Norman W. LeBlanc of Kihei, Maui.
Beyond her professional life, Marie cherished the closeness of family and friends. She found joy in travel and in ocean walks—simple, restorative moments that reflected a deep appreciation for time shared and for the world around her.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Hale Makua Kahului Pikake Wing, Maui Memorial Hospital, and Hospice Maui for their care and support.
