Monet Tricia Viela also known as Patricia Ann Rapoza passed away on March 10, 2025 at Hospice Maui in Wailuku, Hawai‘i. She was born in Wailuku, Maui, Hawai‘i on December 22, 1936 to The Late Manuel Rapoza and Lisa Santos.
Monet worked and retired from the State of Hawai‘i for the Department of Transportation.
Monet is survived by her children, Mark B. Viela, Chad K. Viela, Paige B. N. Viela, Lee H. Viela; 9 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.
Services for Monet will be on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Maui Veterans Cemetery, Makawao, Maui, Hawai‘i at 1:00 p.m., with Inurnment to Follow.
