A graveside service will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2015, at Maui Memorial Park Cemetery in Wailuku.
Patrick was a retired Foreman for the County of Maui Department of Water Supply.
He is predeceased by his wife, Annabel Evans. He is survived by his son, Shane (Teri) Evans; daughter, Anna Marie Evans; brother, Eugene Evans; sister, Patricia Evans; grandchildren, Jason DeMello, Timothy DeMello, Chad Evans, Troy Evans; and geat grandchildren, Bayleigh, Thomas, and Daisy.
