Patrick Steven Fernandez, 68, of Haiku, passed away on Monday, October 24, 2011 at his home under the care of his family and Hospice Maui. Mr. Fernandez was born on May 21, 1943 in Pu'unene, Maui. He was a retired truck driver with Rojac Trucking Inc. He is survived by his wife, Joann Fernandez; a son, Steven Joseph Fernandez; a daughter, Victoria "Vikki" Fernandez; two brothers, Alvin A. (Ethel) Fernandez and Joseph H. (Myrna) Fernandez; two sisters, Patricia M. Dilley and Malinda J. Ortega; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Visitation: Family and friends are invited to gather for funeral services on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at Borthwick Norman's Mortuary. Visitation will begin 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.Services: Service at 11 a.m. Cremation will follow.
