Roderick Antonio De Guzman, 32, of Wailuku, died Tuesday, August 31, 2010 in Wailuku. Mr. De Guzman was born on June 19, 1978 in Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He was a cook at a restaurant. He is survived by his wife, Beverly; three sons, Radyn, Rodley, and Roden; one daughter, Jasmine; mother, Julie (Dominador) Pader; father, Rodulfo De Guzman (deceased); one brother, Rolando; and three sisters, Rosemarie Cosue, Cynthia Lewis, and Dolie Ann Pader.
