Rodrigo Quiocho Briones, 90, of Kahului, Maui, passed away on November 12, 2016. He was born on February 26, 1926 in Ewa Beach, Honolulu. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at Norman’s Mortuary. A second visitation will also be held from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at Christ the King Catholic Church; mass will begin at 11:00 a.m.; burial will follow, 12:30 p.m., at Maui Memorial Park Cemetery in Wailuku.Rodrigo was a Tractor Operator for Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Company. He was predeceased by his wife, Gloria Briones; and daughter, Aurora Domingo. He is survived by his sons, Edmund Briones, Nelson (Maria) Briones, Cesar Briones; daughters, Angie (Danny) Dimacali, Lourdes (Tim) Choo, Ofelia (Dante) Cadiz, Agnes (Steve) Nguyen; brothers, John Martin Briones, Ricky Briones, Alfred (Cecilia) Briones; sisters, Marie Zarrella, Linda (Luther) Floyd; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
