She was born on September 17th, 1981 to Raymond William Tavares and Luann Lee Tavares in Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii.
She is survived by her daughter Shayana Tateyama; Her Boyfriend Joey “Baba” Ahyat; Her Father Raymond (Elizabeth) Tavares; Her brothers Shandon (Jasmine) Tavares and Levy Tavares; Her Sister; Elissa Kamai; Her Grandparents; Jerome and Nancy Vierra, and Elfie Tavares.
She is also survived by her many aunties, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, extended ohana, and friends.
She is predeceased by her beloved mother; Luann Lee Tavares.
Memorial Service to take place at Norman’s Mortuary in Wailuku on Wednesday, July 5th, 2023. Public Visitation to take place from 6pm - 9pm with Prayer service to start at 7pm.
