It is with deep sadness to find out that we lost a beautiful soul. Teresa is a kind, sweet, and genuine person. She always had a positive energy and cared for everyone around her. I feel privileged to have known her and will always remember her. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and loved ones at this difficult time.

My family and I are so sorry to hear about the tragic news.   Our hearts are heavy.  Please know that our prayers are with you all Pham family.  We love you all so very much and pray for peace, comfort, and strength during this difficult time.  
Teresa was always so pleasant to be around.  She was always smiling, so kind, and had such a nice soft spoken voice.  Her beautiful legacy will live on through her family, friends, and all the people who have been so blessed to have known her.
